Theresa May was the previous British Prime Minister and Leader of the Conservative Party between 2016 and 2019. The politician grew up in Oxfordshire and attended Oxford. Following her graduation Theresa May began her career at the Bank of England and began working as a councillor in Durnsford.

She was elected as the MP of Maidenhead in 1997 and served as a chair woman to the Conservative Party between 2002 and 2003.

In 2010 she was given the role of Home Secretary and Minister for Women and Equalities but gave up the role after two years before being appointed in 2015. During her time as the Home Secretary of the UK she worked on reforming the Police Federation, introduced more hard line drug policy and added more immigration restrictions.

In 2016 Theresa May was elected as the second female prime minister in the UK, replacing David Cameron as the leader of the Conservative Party. During her tenure she started the process of withdrawing the UK from the EU. In order to push Brexit negotiations forward she ordered general elections which lead to a hung parliament after Conservative seats fell from 330 to 317. Theresa May remained Prime Minister after a first vote of no confidence in 2018 failed to remove her and was not removed after a second vote in 2019 was table but she eventually stepped down and allow former Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson to step into her role.

During her time as Prime Minister Theresa May also saw a major funding increase to the NHS and launched a new 25 years climate change plan, unemployment rates also fell to record lows during her time as the UK’s leader.

Theresa May is known for her no nonsense approach to policy and for striving to improve female representation in British politics.

After the Labour Party’s stunning defeat during the 2019 election, British politician Sir Keir Starmer was elected as their leader. Since 2020 he has served as the head of the Labour party and the Leader of the Opposition. He has also served as a Member of Parliament for Holborn and St Pancras since 2015. He is well known for his identification as a socialist and is an advocate for socialist policies.

Keir Starmer seems to have been born for his role in politics; he was named after the founder of the Labour Party, Keir Hardie. He grew up in Surrey where he attended the private Reigate Grammar School. He studied a bachelor of Laws at the University of Leeds and a bachelor of Civil Laws at Oxford. After being accepted into the bar Starmer began working as a defence lawyer and was eventually appointed as the Head of Crown Prosecutions, a position that he held until 2013.

In 2015 he joined the House of Commons and was later appointed to the Shadow Cabinet. After the Labour Party was defeated during the 2019 election he was chosen to succeed leader Jeremy Corbyn.

He is notable for his socialist beliefs and has been outspoken about his desire to confront inequality and injustice issues. Most notably he support the social ownership of key UK public services and infrastructure and wants to abolish tuition fees for university students. He has also pushed to put and end to illegal wars and has called for the UK’s arms sales to be reviewed. He has spoken out about his views on the Iraq War which he has said was not legal.

In his personal life he is happily married to Victoria Alexander whom he shares two children with and he is an avid supporter of Arsenal.

The billionaire became interested in business ventures even from a very young age and began a mail order record business in 1970 then known as Virgin Records. He also founded his own spaceflight company called Virgin Galatic in 2004 with the aim of promoting space tourism.

His parents also had an entrepreneurial spirit and were very supportive of his business ventures. He began his life in London as a squatter between 1967 and 1968 and began his career by trying to sell Christmas Tree before he started a magazine called student, less than a year later he had already amassed a net worth of £50,000.

When he started his record store business he was able to grow quickly and make sales because he was able to undercut the prices of larger retailers. The name ‘Virgin’ was selected for his business because he was relatively new to business and because he and his employees were new to business.

Though he has seen his net worth drop recently he continues to be one of the most successful British entrepreneurs in the modern age.

“Every stock, every bond, every fund, every asset, can be tokenized. If they are, it will revolutionize investing.” When Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, made this statement in his 2025 Annual Chairman’s Letter to Investors, it wasn’t just a prediction. It was a wake-up call. It signals the start of a fundamental change in how the world will see and control value. The rules have changed, and the next chapter is being written on the blockchain.

Tokenization is not a new concept. However, the momentum that carried it has shifted. Today, the idea of moving RWAs, or real-world assets, to on-chain property is being explored by global institutions, venture capitalists, startups, and sovereign governments. The reasons are simple: transparency, speed, and global accessibility.

In this article, we’ll cover why tokenization is the future of finance, what it means when we say Web3 consulting will become one of the most in-demand services of tomorrow, and how MILC is helping businesses own the future by acting as a trusted guide through the complexities of decentralization.

The Tokenization Era Has Begun

Tokenization is the process of taking real-world assets like real estate, stocks, and commodities and putting them onto a blockchain as digital tokens. These tokens represent ownership, can be traded globally, and offer a level of transparency and liquidity that traditional systems just can’t match.

The financial industry is taking this seriously. According to a report by the Boston Consulting Group, tokenized assets could reach $16 trillion by 2030. This isn’t a distant dream; it’s already happening. Banks are experimenting with tokenized bonds, real estate companies are issuing tokenized property shares, and governments are exploring digital currencies and tokenized securities. The demand for infrastructure and strategy around this shift is growing daily.

A property for example can be fractionalized into hundreds or thousands of tokenized shares, so global investors can own a part of it without having to buy the whole asset. The same applies to commodities, luxury goods, corporate equities, and even intellectual property.

However, this shift is complicated. Blockchain architecture, legal compliance, data privacy, user authentication, and tokenomics are just a few of the areas companies need to understand before they dive in. The technical burden is real. The stakes are high, and the knowledge gap between Web2 businesses and Web3 realities is wide.

More Assets, More Complexity, More Need for Experts

As Web2 companies dip their toes into Web3 waters, the landscape is growing more complex. It’s no longer just startups experimenting with crypto. It’s established institutions tokenizing portfolios, launching NFT strategies, or building in the Metaverse. What they all share in common is this: they can’t do it alone.

Entering Web3 is not as simple as downloading an app or adding a feature to a website. It involves shifting foundational structures. It requires rethinking ownership models, customer engagement, and compliance protocols. One small oversight in a smart contract could lead to a security breach. Misunderstanding jurisdictional laws around tokenized assets could stall an entire project.

This is where the need for consulting firms with deep technical and strategic expertise explodes. As assets move on-chain, companies need more than just blockchain developers. They need advisors who understand regulation, infrastructure, tokenomics, and human behavior.

We know Web3 consulting is not just about fixing problems. It’s about asking the right questions. What problem is the token solving? What chain fits best? How should governance be handled? How will users be onboarded and protected? These are the questions that must be answered.

MILC: Guiding Businesses into the Decentralized Era

MILC (Media Industry Licensing Content) has spent years preparing for this moment. The company has helped enterprises understand blockchain, build Metaverse strategies, design token economies that work, and launch digital infrastructures that scale.

This isn’t reactionary. It’s deliberate. They saw where the world was heading and built for it. “Our mission is to guide businesses through the complexities of Web3, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage the opportunities presented by decentralized technologies,” says Hendrik Hey, founder of MILC.

Today, MILC works with clients across sectors to create customized strategies for their entry into Web3. Whether it’s launching a Metaverse experience, deploying a tokenized asset offering, or creating smart contract-based governance systems, they help companies turn bold ideas into functioning systems.

Their team combines deep technical knowledge with creative problem-solving. Understanding that no two companies are the same, and neither are their paths into Web3. MILC offers consulting services that are flexible, robust, and tailored to real-world needs. The growth of this sector will not slow down. If anything, Q3 is set to be one of the most active seasons for Web3 innovation.

A Fund to Fuel the Shift

As tokenization moves from theory to practice, the need for infrastructure, capital, and strategic guidance is growing fast. To meet that demand, MILC is part of a $20 million initiative launched by Digital Genesis and Goldfinch. Announced at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, the fund is designed to accelerate innovation across Web3 and AI, with a strong focus on media, entertainment, and immersive digital environments.

With this fund, MILC positions itself as not just reacting to trends but creating frameworks for what comes next. The company is building trust, driving clarity, and opening new doors for businesses ready to embrace the decentralized economy.

So the question facing companies today isn’t if the world will go on-chain. It’s whether they’ll be ready when it does.

She holds a number of records including being the longest serving head of state anywhere in the world, as well as being the longest reigning and the older monarch in the world – she was born in 1926. Elizabeth II was the first-born daughter of the Duke and Duchess of York and became the heir presumptive when he father gained the throne after his brother abdicated. She served in the Second World War and was married in 1947 to Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. The couple have four children together, Charles, Prince of Wales, Anne, Princess Royal, Prince Andrew, Duke of York and Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex.

Over the course of her reign a number of Commonwealth countries have gained their independence from the UK and become independent republics. Up until recently she would regularly visit the countries and territories under her control, but her age now limits her from travelling beyond the UK. She last travelled for her diamond Jubilee in 2012.

Over the course of her reign the Queen has been very popular with her subjects, although the royal family sometimes faces criticism from those who feel the UK and other territories should be republics. Republic sentiment in the UK was at its highest when the marriages of her children ended and after the death of Diana, Princess of Wales.

Queen Elizabeth II is very private and does not often give interviews, she does not openly speak about her views or opinions especially on politics. It has been said that she takes her role as Queen very seriously and that she is deeply religious.

After returning to the Vatican, The Pope dedicated his traditional general audience to the results of his visit to Kazakhstan. “At a time when the current tragic war is making some people think of nuclear weapons, real madness, Kazakhstan has been saying no to nuclear weapons from the very beginning”, Pope Francis noted.

On the morning of September 21, Pope Francis dedicated the traditional general audience to the results of his apostolic visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, during 13-15 September 2022. Addressing thousands of pilgrims in the Vatican’s St. Peter’s Square, the Bishop of Rome said, that Kazakhstan “placed religions at the center of efforts to create a world where they listen to and respect each other in diversity”, and that the Kazakh Government “now offers the path of a civilization that unites politics and religion, without mixing or separating them, unambiguously condemning fundamentalism and extremism. This is the balanced position of unity”.

The Pope added that “it must be recognized, already now, that Kazakhstan has made an extremely positive choice, for example, by renouncing nuclear weapons and pursuing virtuous energy and environmental policies. At a time when the current tragic war is making some people think of nuclear weapons, real madness, Kazakhstan has been saying no to nuclear weapons from the very beginning”.

Hereby is Pope Francis’ full speech on September 21 at the Vatican.

Gratitudes to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev

“Last week, from Tuesday to Thursday, I visited Kazakhstan, a huge country in Central Asia, on the occasion of the 7th Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions. I once again express my gratitude to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other authorities of Kazakhstan for the cordial welcome extended to me and for the generous diligence in its organization. I also sincerely thank the bishops and all the staff for the great work done and especially for the joy that it brought me the opportunity to meet with them and see them all together”.

“As I have already said, the main reason for the trip was participation in the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions. This initiative has been implemented for twenty years by the authorities of the country, which appears before the world as a place of meeting and dialogue, in this case at the religious level, and thus as a protagonist in promoting peace and human brotherhood. It was the seventh congress in a row. The country with 30 years of independence has already held seven such congresses, every three years. In other words, it placed religions at the center of efforts to create a world where they listen to and respect each other in diversity”.

The Merit of The Kazakh Government

“This is not relativism, but the ability to listen and respect. This is the merit of the Kazakh government, which, having freed itself from the yoke of the atheistic regime, now offers the path of a civilization that unites politics and religion, without mixing or separating them, unambiguously condemning fundamentalism and extremism. This is the balanced position of unity”.

“The Congress discussed and approved the Final Declaration, which is successive to the Declaration on Human Fraternity signed in February 2019 in Abu Dhabi. I like to interpret this step forward as the fruit of a long journey: naturally, I think of the historic Interreligious Meeting for Peace convened in Assisi in 1986 by St. John Paul II, who was criticized by short-sighted people; I think of the foresight of Saints John XXIII and Paul VI, and of the great inspirers of other religions, to mention only Mahatma Gandhi”.

“But how can one not remember the numerous martyrs, men, and women of all ages, languages , and peoples, who paid with their lives for fidelity to the God of peace and brotherhood? We know that solemn moments are important, but it is daily commitments, it is concrete testimonies that build a better world for all”.

Building an Increasingly Mature Democracy

“In addition to the Congress, this trip gave me the opportunity to get acquainted with the authorities of Kazakhstan and the Church living on this earth. After visiting the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – whom I once again thank for his kindness – we went to the new Concert Hall, where I was able to communicate with the governors, representatives of civil society, and the diplomatic corps. I emphasized the vocation of Kazakhstan to be a meeting place: about one hundred and fifty ethnic groups coexist there, speaking more than eighty languages. This vocation, based on geography and history – a vocation to be a land of meetings, cultures, and languages - has been accepted and accepted as a path that deserves encouragement and support”.

“I also expressed my hope that we will continue to build an increasingly mature democracy capable of responding effectively to the needs of the entire society. This is not an easy task that takes time, but it must be recognized already now that Kazakhstan has made an extremely positive choice, for example, by renouncing nuclear weapons and pursuing virtuous energy and environmental policies. It was bold. At a time when the current tragic war is making some people think of nuclear weapons, real madness, Kazakhstan has been saying no to nuclear weapons from the very beginning”.

Glad to Meet Joyful Kazakh People

“As for the Church, I was glad to meet a community of happy, joyful, enthusiastic people. There are very few Catholics in this vast country. But their situation, taken in faith, can bear gospel fruit: first of all, it is about the blessedness of smallness, about being leaven, salt, and light, with trust in the Lord alone, and not in any form of human significance. Moreover, the small number encourages the development of relations with Christians of other denominations, as well as a brotherhood with all”.

“So, this is a small congregation, but it is open, not closed; opens up and trusts the work of the Holy Spirit, who breathes freely where and how He pleases. We remembered the martyrs of this holy People of God – who suffered for decades under atheistic oppression, until liberation 30 years ago – men and women, who suffered greatly for their faith during a long period of persecution. Killed, tortured, and thrown into prison for their faith”.

With this small but joyful flock, we celebrated the Eucharist in the capital city of Kazakhstan (Astana), on the territory of the EXPO-2017 exhibition complex, surrounded by cutting-edge architecture. It was the feast of the Holy Cross, and it makes us think: in a world where progress and regression are intertwined, the Cross of Christ always remains the anchor of salvation; a sign of hope that does not disappoint, because it is based on the love of God, merciful and faithful”.

“We give thanks to him for this trip and pray that it will bear abundant fruit for the future of Kazakhstan and for the life of the Church, a pilgrim on this earth. Thank you”.
